Sri Krishna Janmashtami, the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna, was celebrated with immense devotion and enthusiasm at Sri Sairam Vidya Mandira & Sri Sairam PU & Degree College on August 25, 2024. The event was a perfect blend of tradition, culture, and spiritual fervor, bringing students, teachers, and staff together in a joyous atmosphere.

A Day of Divine Celebrations

The celebrations began with a special puja and bhajans, filling the campus with a divine aura. The students, dressed as little Krishnas and Radhas, added charm to the event, showcasing their love and admiration for Lord Krishna.

Highlights of the Celebration

✨ Matki Phod Competition – A thrilling and fun-filled event where students enthusiastically formed human pyramids to break the Dahi Handi, symbolizing teamwork and devotion.
🎭 Cultural Performances – Students presented dance dramas and musical renditions, narrating the life and teachings of Lord Krishna.
🎨 Art & Craft Display – A creative showcase of paintings and rangoli, beautifully depicting Krishna’s childhood tales.

Spreading the Message of Love & Harmony

The event concluded with an inspirational speech by our respected Chairman, Dr. Srinivasa Reddy, emphasizing the values of righteousness, love, and selfless service as taught by Lord Krishna.
